About the role
Varnada indian cuisine is a modern street food restaurant specializing in indian cuisine, open for lunch and dinner, focused on using high quality product. We are looking for a restaurant manager to join our professional staff and grow within the role . Your duties and responsibilities will include:
1) Order groceries and maintaining stock.
2) Hire trained staff and supervise them.
3)Daytime shifts only, finishing at 8 pm.
4) Making fodd and health report .
Skills and experience
1) Prior experience ina restaurant at similar post.
2) experience leading other staff.
3)knowledge of the Indian kitchen, tandoori food is highly regarded.
4) passion for indian food.
